Other beaches to consider:

Loon Point:
Carpinteria California It's a bit of a walk from the parking area and a someone steep walk down the hill to the beach, but if you are looking for something secluded and off the beaten path Loon Point should top your list. Because if it's logistical difficulties, there is an additional set up fee for weddings requiring chairs/arch, etc.

Rincon Beach:
Carpinteria California The rugged California coastline makes itself apparent at this beautiful beach, and draws a good crowd of surfers when the waves are at their best. Rincon Beach is best suited for standing ceremonies rather than events with chair set up as the beach itself can vary greatly with the surf and tends to be somewhat rocky. Gorgeous in many ways, Rincon Beach makes a beautiful setting for dramatic wedding ceremonies.

Gaviota State Beach:
Gaviota California Somewhat windy and colder than most, Gaviota Beach is not for the faint at heart! It does however have camping facilities as well as great hiking trails and may appeal to the nature loving bride and groom.

Refugio State Beach:
Santa Barbara County Located a mere 10 minutes north of Goleta, California, Refugio State Beach is a unique and treasured gem! The beach itself is broad and expansive, bordered by picnic sites which lends well to casual beachside receptions.

El Capitan State Beach:
Santa Barbara County About 5 minutes north of Goleta sits a lovely State Park fondly known to locals as "El Cap", which features a beachfront unlike any you will find amid the more touristed areas of Santa Barbara. It's shoreline varies from sandy stretches to rocky nooks, and offers more privacy than one might find closer to town. Picnic areas allow for casual reception options, and campgrounds are abundant should you wish to provide guests with a unique accomodation option!
