We work as a team, creating a fluid efficiency behind and in front of the scenes to make your wedding day perfect down to the last detail. Not to be overlooked, we have a lot of fun doing what we do and you will enjoy it too! After all, love and laughter is what we’re after…

And, because we own and maintain all of our own equipment, we are able to provide high quality rentals for far less than what is available from local rental companies or bargain wedding vendors. You need not look elsewhere for your ceremony rentals or reception needs… and, there are no hidden fees! Montecito Weddings is Santa Barbara’s premiere “One Stop Shop” and we have it all right here including delivery, set up, and return!

Staffing (The "Dream Team")
  • Minister: $350
  • Photographer: $400 per hour
  • Videographer: $400 per hour
  • Notary Public: $250 includes mobile notary services, confidential marriage license, and decorative certificate. We come to you!
  • Coordinator: $250 per hour
  • Assistant Coordinator: $180 per hour
  • Site Crew and Set Up Staff (The “Muscle”): $120 per hour (per person)

Rental Specials

“The Montecito Weddings Courthouse Classic” package …$300 plus tax
  • Up to 20 classic white top quality resin chairs, set up in traditional cathedral style (additional chairs $5 ea)
  • White lattice wedding arch, decorated with white flowing tulle, organza, and silk floral garlands
  • Guest service table with linens (for signing your license, decorative certificate, etc)
  • On site set up, prep, and clean up crew

You provide the permits, Montecito Weddings provides the rest! Our crew is fast, experienced, and efficient, leaving no detail unattended while also being mindful of time restrictions determined by your county issued park permits.

“The Montecito Weddings Garden Classic” package …$350 plus tax
  • Up to 20 classic white top quality resin chairs, set up in traditional cathedral style (additional chairs $5 ea)

  • Guest service table with linens (for signing your license, decorative certificate, etc)

  • Guest service table with linens (for signing your license, decorative certificate, etc)

You provide the permits, and your Montecito Weddings team will see to setting up your site quickly and efficiently while keeping in concert with time restrictions determined by your city park permits.

No permits are required for either Butterfly Beach or Sandy Cove, but you may want to check the tides before setting your date and time as both of these locations are smaller beaches and thus affected by tidal conditions: visit saltwatertides.com

Why wait in long lines at the courthouse for your marriage license when our mobile notary can come to you at your convenience… Add one of our affordable notary packages to make planning your wedding that much easier and stress free!

“Gold Star” Confidential Marriage License and Personal Mobile Notary Service (includes confidential marriage license, notarization of certified copy request form, plus one certified copy of your marriage license mailed directly to you – $250

“Silver Star” Personal Mobile Notary service (For those who already have their marriage license, our charming and delightful notary will come to your ceremony site or location of your choice and personally notarize your certified copy request form. Also includes one certified copy of your marriage license – $120.00

You are welcome to add on to our Montecito Weddings pre designed packages, or you may create your own. Keep in mind that when creating your own package, rental prices do not include delivery, set up, clean up, or permit fees. Please discuss these aspects with our wedding planner to determine the best and most economical options for you.
